However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Products must not be altered, damaged, or worn
Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective
Accessories and innerwear (if applicable) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return with KeepTheVerse is simple:

Email us at support@keeptheverse.com within 7 days of delivery
Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)
Our support team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or self-return instructions

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are initiated within 10 working days minimum after successful quality checks
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
No Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund is processed

Exchange Policy

At present, KeepTheVerse does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us
For returns based on personal preference (size, fit, or style), shipping costs must be borne by the customer

Important Notes

All returned items undergo a quality inspection
Items that fail to meet return conditions may be rejected and sent back
KeepTheVerse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
